Overview

Teradata’s digital ecosystem brought together a range of content, support, and community resources, creating challenges in how users discovered and navigated information across different parts of the experience.

I focused on analysing and synthesising user research to understand how people engaged across the ecosystem and where breakdowns were occurring. The goal was to translate complex qualitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations that could inform a more connected and intuitive experience.

  • User interviews across three personas

  • Review of existing platform documentation

  • Thematic analysis to identify patterns

  • Synthesis into personas, needs, and opportunity areas

I analysed and synthesised qualitative research to identify behavioural patterns, user needs, and recurring pain points across digital touchpoints.

I translated findings into clear themes and mapped key insights across content, support, and community experiences to uncover friction, drop-off, and opportunities to improve navigation and discoverability.

I worked with stakeholders to connect research insights to product strategy, informing decisions about future experience direction.

After identifying key behavioural patterns, needs, and pain points. I translated these insights into clear themes and opportunity areas.

This work informed the development of personas and helped shape features and future experience directions.
